My name is Ryan and as a fan of the ever growing communities of “lifestyle gurus,” including Tim Ferris, Mr. Money Mustache, and Tynan. I’ve been contemplating starting a variety of different habits, diets, and other methods of day to day living. My plan is to try something new for 4 weeks and then decide if it’s worth continuing or not. I figured no better way to start than to keep a log of everything I’m doing and share it with the world, and who knows, maybe I could inspire a few people to make some life changes for the better.
